1000 SQF. Private, minimilist style studio space. Best place for individual and small group photo/video sessions, and small events for up to 35 people.

Podcast Rentals

Podcast Rentals are ran differently from Photo/video rentals. We assure you have a quiet private space. We can assist with your podcast setup hanging signs, light and seating setup if needed. your set choice determines the studio needed for you.

Memberships

Photo/Video…….$300/month

  • 15 hours of rental access to studio A & B, discounted additional rental time can be given.

  • Max of 5 memberships per month

  • All memberships must be paid before the month prior to starting.

  • Studio A:

    • Access to premium props/sets, as well as solid backdrops. VIEW HERE

    • Access to large dressing room and bathroom

    Studio B:

    • Access To minimilist backdrops, and solid backdrops

    • Access to small bathroom/ dressing room

    Both:

    • Pro grade lighting, and soft box options.

    • Free Of street parking, easy wheelchair access to door.

    • Rental time includes: load-in, setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental.

    • All small and/or hard to clean material (feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require prior approval from management.

    • Let management know of any repairs, maintenance, cleanliness concerns, or damage in the studio immediately

    • You are welcome to bring your own equipment or props into studios as long as they do not damage any portion of the studio while bringing said props in, taking them out, or moving them around within the studios. 

    • Damages Fee: Starting at $250 (per studio), depending on the extent of the damages.

    • NO champagne pops. And any smoke related sessions require approval prior to.

    • If any policies are broken, termination of bookings, and future ones will be considered. no refunds.

  • Studio A holds all the bigger premium sets, and props. as well as ceiling hooks for swings, chandeliers, etc. With a few holdable props and fabrics available

    Studio B has 3 different wall options available as well as a few different chair and holdable prop options as well.

    Renters can ask to barrow any props that are stored in studio A as well. as long as it is returned to the original studio after the rental.

  • Studio A is a more opened area, best for lager sessions 10+ people (max capacity being 80)

    Studio B is great for smaller groups and intimate sessions (max capacity being 20)

  • Memberships are held to follow all terms and conditions. Breaking of the terms and conditions results in immediate termination of rental services, with no refunds, or transfers.

    Renters who feel they did not utilize their membership unlimited hours, can not transfer hours nor receive any refunds.

  • All Bookings are done through the site, and full payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Renters are allowed reschedule their sessions 1 time per deposit through their confirmation. After the 1 reschedule renters must rebook.

    Any cancellations forfeit their payment.
