All sessions must be booked through the website to secure your date and time.

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance is due after the session is complete, unless otherwise stated.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, Afterpay (where available), and in-person payments.

• All transactions are final. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Coupon codes may not be used in combination with Afterpay.

• Each client is allowed one reschedule per booking.

  • Reschedules must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

  • Any reschedule request made within 72 hours of the session will require a $100 reschedule fee.

  • After one reschedule, a new deposit is required to rebook.

  • Cancellations forfeit all payments made.

  • Once a session is cancelled, cancellations cannot be undone.

  Special sessions or promotional bookings may have different reschedule terms.to the session through formal consultation.

  • Standard sessions receive creative guidance on the day of the shoot.

  • Clients needing pre-session planning should upgrade to a Premium Package.

  Tip: Bringing a digital mood board or inspiration images helps ensure the best setup and editing style for your vision.

• Please arrive camera-ready. Hair, makeup, outfit changes, setup, and breakdown time are included in your booked session time.

• Late arrivals will reduce your session time accordingly.

• Same-day extensions cannot be guaranteed.

• If availability allows, session extensions may be added for a $100 extension fee, paid upfront.

• Sessions extending past 8:00 PM incur an after-hours fee of $150.

Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent. In the event of unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Weather-related reschedules do not qualify for refunds.

• The reschedule fee will be waived when cancellation is initiated by the studio for weather reasons.

• All images are delivered digitally via email with download instructions.

  Estimated turnaround times:

  • Portrait sessions: 8 days

  • Video projects: 14 days

  • Wedding galleries: 14 days

  Rush delivery is available for $100:

  • Unedited images delivered same day

  • Edited images delivered within 1–3 days (2–3 days for graphic edits)

  Clients receive personal usage rights. Images may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

• Each serviced client may bring up to two unserviced guests.

• Guests must respect staff, equipment, and studio space.

• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session.
