To make things easier for you, I put together answers to common questions about booking sessions and studio rentals. This page is a quick convenient way to help you prepare especially when I'm not immediately available to respond.

Clients must book packages that will cater to their outcome goal.
Shorter sessions work for simple sessions, and individuals who just need a few photos and little to no prep time. While longer sessions are better for groups and larger projects that require more prep, props, hair, etc.
BOUTIQUES ARE EXCLUDED from the max outfit changes, but must book a minimum of 1 hour for up to 6 outfits, anything over 6 outfits needs more time. Contact us for more information
Creative direction & extras: If clients need styling, custom set designs, or creative input prior to the session a premium package must be booked.
All packages include a variety of poses including but not limited to: headshots, sitting, standing, groups, etc. whatever is needed for the clients vision! So best thing is to pick the package based on prep time and outfits

I only creative direct/style premium packages before to their sessions. through formal consultations
Generic packages are welcome to my creative input on themes or style of the shoot upon the arrival for their appointment. If you need assistance prior to the shoot please upgrade your session to a premium package.
TIP* Please bring a digital vision board or inso photos of the style/reference wanted for your session, so I can use the proper setup and editing style to fit your look!

PLEASE ARRIVE CAMERA READY hair, outfit changes and setup time is included within your scheduled time frame. If you schedule additional time for prep that is fine!
Makeup services do not cut into your time unless you are late.
IF YOU ARE LATE that will cut into your appointment time. Appointment extensions can not be granted same day, but if available a $100 extension fee paid upfront to move your appointment start time this does not come off your balance. After hour sessions (Past 8:00pm) are $150
Any reschedules must be made atleast 72 hrs before your appointment time by contacting me. Anything later will result in the $100 fee due upfront to be added back on the calendar.
Reschedule time frames for Specials differ from general services.
Every client gets 1 reschedule within 30 days from the original session date, before a new deposit is needed.
If you cancel you forfeit your deposit. And once cancelled we can not undo the cancellation.

All services have their own turnarounds, but they are all sent via email with a digital link, and download instructions. We do not have closed business days.
Portraits: 8 Business days
Videos: 14 Business Days
Wedding Galleries: 14 Businessdays
Rush fees are $100 and clients receive their unedited same day and edits take 1-3 days (2-3 for graphic images)
Clients receive personal use rights but must not resell or commercially distribute the images without permission.

50% Deposits are paid via online booking which secures your appointment automatically through my system, remaining balance is paid after the session is complete.
Afterpay options are now available! Once secured, please contact us for your direct link to lock in your time and day! coupon codes can not be used with this pay option.
We accept cash, credit/debit, and cash app (only through in person sales)
All transactions are final including any full payments made.

All Makeup services include a full face of full coverage makeup and eyelashes.
When you book a photoshoot and add makeup you will have too book them separately.
For makeup with Raven If you are late past 15 Minutes you will have to reschedule, and a convince fee of $50 is needed to get back on my calendar. If you have a photo session scheduled and she can not accommodate your makeup service you are welcome to have both services rescheduled, with the last minute fee added.

Generic packages, are welcome to use in-house props and my client closet! VIEW PROPS HERE (certain props and backdrops choices change throughout the year due to holidays and or wear and tear)
Clients are welcome and encouraged to bring their own props needed for their vision.
Premium packages include set creations, outfits, or special props, that are discussed prior to the appointment.
Some large props are not held on site, please double check availability prior to session for big props!

I am very patient with kids and respect their boundaries and wishes, I can not force them to pose or act accordingly.
I don’t have a lot of kid friendly props included with generic packages. Depending on age range
TIP: Book according to their schedule where they will not be hungry or tired within the appointment time. (I understand some days are harder and that’s ok!)
I always recommend a premium package if you would like for me to provide everything for you guys! I don’t have a lot of kid friendly props located inside unless requested prior.

Every serviced guest is welcome to 2 unserviced guest. No exceptions, no glam squads. Guest must respect the photographers personal space. If glam teams are mandatory There will be a $100 Fee added to assure the studio is now a private session, to avoid rentals interrupting.
For group sessions 1 unserviced guest is welcomed.

Booking & Payment Policy
Full payment required to reserve time.
Bookings are not held without payment.
Time must be booked including setup and breakdown.
Late arrivals do not extend booking time.
Overtime Policy
Overtime is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate.
Charged in 30-minute increments.
If another renter is scheduled, you must exit on time.
3. Damage & Liability Policy
Renters are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their clients, or guests. Damaged items will be billed at repair or replacement cost.
Include things like:
• Broken props
• Torn backdrops
• Water damage
• Paint damage
• Equipment damage
4. Cleaning Policy
Renters must leave the studio in the condition they found it:
• Trash disposed
• Furniture returned
• Floors free of debris
• Props returned
$50 cleaning fee if excessive mess is left.
5. Guest Limit Policy
Maximum 6 people total unless approved. Includes photographer, assistants, models, and guests.
6. Set Protection Policy
• Do not move large props without permission.
• Do not stand on furniture not designed for standing.
• No dragging furniture across floors.
• No modifying sets or backdrops.
7. No Standing on Furniture
Standing or jumping on furniture (couches, chairs, props) is prohibited unless explicitly approved.
8. Prohibited Items
• Glitter
• Confetti
• Fake blood
• Body oils
• Smoke bombs
• Open flames
• Spray paint
You can approve them only with permission and a fee.
9. Rain / Water Setup Policy
• Water setups require prior approval.
• Towels must be used to prevent flooding.
• Electrical equipment must be kept away from water.
• Any water damage is the renter’s responsibility.
10. Equipment Use
Renters are responsible for any equipment used during their booking. Please ask if you are unfamiliar with equipment.
11. Furniture Moving
• Large furniture must stay within the set area.
• Do not drag furniture.
• Ask for assistance moving heavy items.
12. Children Policy
Children must be supervised at all times and may not climb on sets or equipment.
13. Security / Monitoring
Security cameras monitor the studio for safety and protection of equipment.
(Not in private areas.)

14. Cancellation Policy
• 48 hour cancellation → reschedule allowed
• Less than 24 hours → deposit is lost
15. Late Exit Fee
Prevents renters from blocking the next client.
Failure to exit at the scheduled end time will result in a $50 late fee
16. Personal Belongings
Protects you from liability.
The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
17. Use of Space
• Photography and video production only
• No parties or large gatherings without approval.
18. Respectful Conduct Policy
The studio reserves the right to end a booking without refund if renters or their guest behave in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
