I personally am walking photographers, content creators, and artist into my space to create freely while having access to a variety of saw the backgrounds seasonal sets they rotate throughout the year, so keep your sessions fresh! I offer rentals for the sets as well as offsite prop rentals and offsite client closet rentals.
