My well-known bohemian set build is now temporarily remixed to the pretty and posh set until Mid April. It still has the main components of the bohemian set from the rock field floor, sit in circle, and accent staircase.

    • Access to rotating premium sets, props, and solid backdrops

    • Use of dressing room and bathroom facilities

    • Free off-street parking with easy wheelchair access

    • First-time renters should arrive 10 minutes early for a brief studio walkthrough

    • A valid photo ID is required at check-in

    • Rental time includes load-in, setup, teardown, and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time. Please book accordingly.

    • Use of feathers, food products, body paint, smoke, champagne pops, or other hard-to-clean materials requires prior approval from management.

    • Please notify management immediately of any damage, maintenance needs, or cleanliness concerns during your rental.

    • You are welcome to bring your own equipment or props, provided they do not cause damage while being brought in, used, or removed from the studio.

    • Damage fees start at $250 and may increase depending on the extent of the damage.

    • Paper backdrops may not be used for champagne pops.

    • Violation of studio policies may result in termination of the current rental and/or future bookings, with no refunds issued.oes here

    • Studio A houses the larger premium sets and props, including ceiling hooks for swings, chandeliers, and similar installations. A selection of handheld props and fabrics is also available.

    • Use of large off-season props requires prior approval.

    • Motorcycles may be brought into the studio with advance approval from management.

  • The studio features an open layout and is best suited for larger sessions of 10 or more people.

    • All memberships are subject to the studio’s terms and conditions. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of rental privileges, with no refunds or transfers.

    • Unused membership hours cannot be transferred or refunded.

    • A signed membership agreement is required prior to activation.

    • All bookings are completed through the website, with full payment due at the time of booking.

    • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Renters may reschedule one time per booking through their confirmation email, provided the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

    • After one reschedule, a new booking is required.

    • All cancellations forfeit payment.
